Job: Customer Sales & Service Agent

The Emirates Airline Regional Contact Centre based in Melbourne CBD is seeking expressions of interest from candidates who have recently graduated (within 2 years) with a certificate IV in Travel & Tourism. Only suitable qualified candidates need apply.

The Position:

Our Customer Service and Sales Centre is currently looking for dynamic, dedicated and motivated customer service and sales professionals. Working in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is provided to Emirates customers.
• Providing customers with details on Emirates fares and actively issuing tickets and selling related products by identifying customer needs through rapport building, actively seeking out sales opportunities and promoting all Emirates related products.
• Ensuring quality standards are achieved for all customer interactions.
• Actively enhancing Emirates revenue earnings by offering auxiliary products such as Skywards (frequent flyer program), Dubai stopovers and hotel bookings.
• Support Travel Agents by assisting them with their general enquiries.

Successful candidates will work on a rotational roster between Monday to Sunday during the following operating hours:

Monday – Friday 07:00 — 19:00
Saturday 07:00 — 17:00
Sunday 09:00 — 17:30

Experience and Qualifications:
