ENGINEERING / Structures, mechanical & dynamic systems Permanent contract / Full time Analysis and validation of metallic, hybrid and composite structures forFatigue and Damage Tolerance. Ensure safe operation of Airbus aircraftwith respect to structural integretory and operational effectiveness. Analyse and Validate composite & hybrid structures for Fatigue andDamage Tolerance according to validated Airbus methods .Ensure adherence to airworthiness regulations, relevant designprinciples, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelinesDefine, interpret and validate tests.Interface and communicate with relevant stakeholders.Provide relevant input to design for the creation of drawings formanufacture.Provide stress analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged structures.Perform monitoring/guidance/support of Sub-contarcting firms and RSP’sthat are providing structure analysis facilities for Airbus. Tasks & accountabilities As the successful candidate your principle activities will include: • Lead Production of Stress analysis and stress dossiers Required skills As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate the following skills: • Proven Design capability of Wing Structure Contact Data Applications should be made via the EADS website.
